Virtual Energy Session

Service Description

45 minute distance energy session. All you need is access to zoom, a quiet space so you can focus on relaxation without interruption. A comfy chair, a yoga mat, couch or bed for you to sit comfortably or lay down. If you have your own essential oils we can discuss which to use for your session. I will assist you with a guided meditation to prepare your mind and spirit for your session. Any information received will be provided to you in a follow up email.
